In spite of difficult weather conditions Phil was able to continue our HML assessment in a very friendly and professional manner…… We found the whole experience incredibly enriching. I would happily recommend Phil as both an excellent instructor and constant font of Mountain knowledge. He has certainly inspired us to consider the mountain leaders award in the future.

Thanks for a really good day. It was refreshing to attend a workshop where people felt supported in having their own systems reviewed and trying out new things. The ‘revalidation’ was as it should be, a useful experience rather than a hoop to jump through.
